MBFW AUSTRALIA COVERAGE: DAY 1

 

Starting off the Australia’s biggest week in Fashion, MBFW has officially sprung into action with high-fashion designer Dion Lee launching 2018 Resort collections.

 

Offering a gender neutral series of simplistic whites, navy and black, was inspired by "identity, reflection and optimism", Lee said. "Fashion Week Australia is an important platform for our state's designers to make their mark, showcase our unique Australian style and spectacular harbour city to a global audience, and importantly, generate business for NSW," stated NSW Minister for Tourism and Major Events Adam Marshall.
