The Former Fratelli Fresh space in the envied enclave of Potts Point has been transformed into a new and exciting dining experience, Franca Brasserie, offering a Mediterranean fusion on French cuisine proving to shake up the local fine dining scene with a refreshing and exciting menu.

Recently opening its doors to the general public, its moniker derived from lingua franca – a common language adopted by those who’s native languages are different, refers to historically a mixture of Greek, Italian, French, Spanish and Arabic cultures – Franca takes cues from all corners of the Mediterranean with French flavour at its core. 

Run by ex Bathers Pavillion and Est chef Alexis Besseau, the sublime menu features a reinvention on classic French dishes including their exquisite niçoise salad with sashimi-style tuna or Besseau's seasonal take on soufflés. A rich and warm interior designed by Steel and Stitch proves to further accent the sensational menu, featuring spacious green leather booths, deep red velvet chairs, marble bar, traditional detailing and a open cellar.
