ODETTE, SINGAPORE

Awarded one of the best restaurants in Asia, Odette Singapore proves to be turning heads in the culinary world which has got the Singapore social society talking.

Headed by Julien Royer, the Michelin starred French fine dining restaurant refined plates with global flavours and a French flare. Located inside Singapore’s National Gallery the restaurant is opened for lunch and dinner serving pre-fix menus. The iconic bar also features a modern take on classic cocktails like the Singapore Sling, Old Fashioned, and Jungle Bird. They also borrow inspiration from paintings hung in the Southeast Asian-focused galleries below for cocktails that bubble and smoke with progressive techniques. Try the "Milo Haze," which wafts up dry ice fumes to sniff alongside a glass of warming rum, sherry, and vermouth. The vistas of the city's Civic District and Marina Bay are especially sweet at dusk.

Designed by Universal Design Studio the pink terrazzo is paired with grey velvets to imbue a chic and light scheme reflecting Chef Julien’s approach of keeping the integrity of ingredients with a soft color palette and décor that is comfortably elegant, all while respecting the historic and iconic National Gallery location.

A key feature is the glass-enclosed kitchen, where diners have the opportunity to witness the chefs at work, reflecting the openness and honesty of Odette that is central to the entire dining experience.
